This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to business-to-business (B2B) purchases made from Nyrova Trading Ltd (“we”, “us”). Where specific terms are agreed in writing for an order, those terms take priority.

1) Shipping

• Dispatch: Orders are dispatched after payment is received (unless credit terms have been agreed in writing).

• Delivery method: We use tracked services where available. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier/network delays.

• Delivery area: UK delivery only, unless agreed in writing.

• Title & risk: Risk passes to the buyer on delivery to the delivery address. Title passes once payment is received in full.

2) Checking your delivery

Please inspect goods on receipt and report any issues within 48 hours of delivery. Where possible, include:

• Order number

• A short description of the issue

• Clear photos of the outer carton, shipping label, and affected items

3) Returns (B2B)

Because we supply trade purchases, we do not accept “change of mind” returns. Returns are only considered for:

• Goods that arrive damaged in transit

• Incorrect items supplied

• Confirmed faults/defects (subject to assessment)

4) Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your order is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@nyrovatrading.com. If approved, we will confirm the next steps (replacement, credit, or refund where appropriate).

5) Return conditions

Where a return is approved:

• Items must be kept in original packaging where possible

• Do not dispose of cartons/packing until the claim is resolved

• Returned items must match the quantities and batch/lot information supplied (if applicable)

6) Shipping costs for approved returns

If the issue is our error (incorrect item) or confirmed transit damage/fault, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or arrange collection. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (where a return is exceptionally agreed).
